Sanitation is of utmost concern here at 11 Nails. A hospital-grade disinfectant is used to ensure the prevention of the transmission of nail fungi and other bacteria, thus assuring you of a clean and safe experience. Give yourself a little guilty pleasure by indulging in our relaxing services!
- Our goal is to leave each client comfortable and satisfied with our services.
- For your safety, our equipment is sanitized using a medical-grade autoclave system after each use. All slippers and pedicure liners are discarded after each use.
- No refunds are given! All services will require payment.
- If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will re-perform the service within 3 days.
- Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Your promptness is appreciated.
- We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment.
- You will be able to wait for the next available nail tech during your appointment.
- For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
- Please keep your children under your attention for their safety.
- A minimum of $15 is required for credit card payment.
